Try before you buy
Every paid app comes with a free 14-day trial with every feature included. No payment details are needed to start it. Please use the trial to make sure the app works well on your Mac and does what you need.
Purchases are final
Because you can try every app in full before buying, all purchases are final and we don’t offer refunds if you change your mind.
When we’ll make it right
If something goes wrong with the purchase itself, we’ll fix it:
- Charged twice for the same app? We’ll refund the extra charge.
- Didn’t get your license key? First check your spam folder. If it’s not there, we’ll send it again. If we can’t deliver it, we’ll refund you.
- Lost your key? You can find it in the purchase email from Polar, or ask us and we’ll help you get it back.
Email hello@echoappstudio.com with the email address you used to buy, and we’ll get back to you.
On your statement
Payments are handled by Polar Software, Inc., our merchant of record. The charge usually shows as “POLAR” followed by our store name or a short version of it. The exact wording depends on your bank.
